META has purchased a property measuring 4800 sq.ft. in purusaiwalkam and plans to develop the same to generate regular income to work for its objectives and social goals. The project META CONVENTION CENTRE was promulgated to provide meeting hall with staying facility and latest amenities to its trade members. Hence the META'S most awaited project is planned for construction.

The Association proposes to invite contribution from its members and philanthropists from the Trade for the construction of the project. The plan copy of the proposal is enclosed with this brochure. We are pleased to inform that we have purchased a property for META at #19 & 21, Vellam Bangaru Chetty Street, pursawalkkam, opp. To Lakshmi Mahal, measuring 4800 Sqft. And propose to construct the same.

The proposed plan will have parking at Ground Floor, it will have 13 rooms & 2 halls in total at other floors. All the floors will be equipped with latest amenities

To complete the project, we appeal all our respected member, to extend their contribution generously. The Executive committee proposes to invite the contribution from trade members in following manner:

(1) Big Hall at Third Floor: The Donors for big hall at Third floor will get an opportunity to Name the Hall with their brand name combined with either firm name or family name. The donor will also be provided with space for 2 framed Photographs (3ft X 2ft each) or one logo at a suitable place in the Hall with the 2 name of family members (one each in case of photo) or company name (in case of logo) appearing within the photo frame.

(2) Medium Size Hall at First Floor: The Donors for big hall at Third floor will get an opportunity to Name the Hall with their brand name combined with either firm name or family name. The donor will also be provided with space for 2 framed Photographs (2 1⁄2ft X 1 1⁄2ft each) or one logo at a suitable place in the Hall with the 2 name of family members (one each in case of photo) or company name (in case of logo) appearing within the photo frame.

(3) Lift: The name of the donor’s firm combined with Brand name or two family Members name will appear at the ground floor lift entrance and inside the lift.

(4) Platinum Donors, Diamond Donors, Golden Donors and Silver Donors: All donor’s firm name other than above 3 categories will be displayed at prominent place as decided bby the executive committee in alphabetical order. The 2 names of the family members will also appear with the alphabetical order firm name of the donor
